The easiest and cheapest way of getting from the airport to Miami is by getting on the Metrorail train. There are two lines (Green, Orange) connecting Miami city station with the airport. The train ride costs just $2.25 and gets you there in just under 30 minutes. To travel with the train you have to buy an EASY card at the ticket vending machines located at the airport.
